FAQ's - Recent Order


Still Waiting - Although most orders are processed very quickly occasionally they can be delayed. This is nothing to worry about and will likely be for one of the following reasons:


  • The payment authorisation token has been delayed. This is quite common and although payment has successfully been processed the code that updates our system has not yet cleared. Usually this corrects itself within an hour.


  • Software has encountered something unexpected in your data and will flag for manual review rather than send you something that may not be correct. We’ll review pretty quickly during office hours.


  • We’re working on the platform. You can place orders but the system can’t create documents until our update is complete. We try to do this after hours to minimise disruption.


Also check your junk filter as your email may be sitting there. If you didn't receive the auto confirmation email you may have submitted an incorrect email address on the order. Let us know below.


Posting - If you ordered before 3.00pm weekdays your documents will have been posted that day ‘First Class’ by Royal Mail. Mostly they  arrive the following day but that is not guaranteed. Check the shipping email to ensure the address is correct. Address errors can delay delivery.


Add to Last Order - Sorry we can no longer do this. Our new database is now hosted online as part of our self-service programme. We don't keep the data after PDF and printed documents have been created to ensure pay details can not be compromised in a malicious attack.
